If you’ve spent time reviewing my blog, you know I always focus on using high quality ingredients. Focusing on high quality ingredients is important as they’re not only good for you, but also good for the environment. Not to mention, home cooked meals taste better with high quality ingredients! I wrote a blog post discussing food brands I look for when grocery shopping. They have clean ingredient lists and contain low amounts of saturated fats, added sugars, and sodium.

Can You Freeze these Meatballs?

Yes! Meatballs are a great food to freeze. You can mix the ingredients within a bowl, roll them into a ball, and freeze them uncooked. Or you can cook the meatballs, then freeze them for a quick, reheated protein source. Meatballs last for up to two months in the freezer.
