Hey, I’m Abigail Jean—wife, boy mom, registered dietitian, and personal trainer.
I help moms in early motherhood feel nourished, strong, supported, and like themselves again…even in the middle of sleep deprivation, reheated coffee, and five-minute pockets of free time.
Before becoming a mom, I spent years studying nutrition and women’s health. But nothing prepared me for how different it feels when you are the one trying to eat well, move your body, and care for yourself while caring for everyone else. My own postpartum experience showed me how unrealistic “bounce back” advice is—and how much moms need simple, compassionate guidance that fits into real life.
That’s why I created this space: a place where healthy eating is doable, movement is gentle and supportive, and habits like hydration, sleep, and stress care are woven into motherhood—not added to your to-do list.
