Hey - I’m Abigail Jean, a registered dietitian and personal trainer. I empower postpartum moms to lose baby weight and reclaim their strength and energy. My focus is to provide a holistic approach by offering practical strategies for adequate hydration, stress management, sleep optimization, and a nurturing community, so they can feel confident, vibrant, and like themselves again.
As a mom myself, I know how challenging motherhood can be - including overcoming time constraints, low energy, stress, disrupted sleep, and feelings of disconnection from my pre-baby self. I'll be sharing my favorite recipes, workouts, and lifestyle tips & tricks that not only have helped me on my own journey, but are realistic for busy moms to implement.
