How to Make Lemon Roasted Asparagus in the Oven

This recipe is a delicious side to add to a variety of meals. And the best part? It’s easy to make, requiring just five simple steps!

  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Chop off the woody ends of the asparagus and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Melt the garlic infused ghee, stirring in the minced garlic and ¼ of the lemon, freshly juiced. Evenly pour the mixture over the asparagus, tossing well to ensure all asparagus is covered.
  5. Arrange the spears in an even layer on the sheet. Slice the remaining lemon and add as a topping. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a fork can easily pierce through the asparagus.

That’s all there is to it! If you prefer, add more fresh lemon juice for a more potent lemon flavor. Enjoy!
