How to Prepare these Tasty Ground Beef Tacos

This 25-minute meal is one of my favorites to make when we have visitors. I’ll make a taco bar, adding a variety of different toppings included above, which then allows our guests to individualize their tacos towards their liking. I’ll also pair this meal with some margaritas. 😏

To make the tastiest tacos, follow these steps:

  1. In a large skillet, drizzle the avocado oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef.
  2. Break up the ground beef while cooking until browned. Drain the grease.
  3. Add the homemade taco seasoning mix and water, mixing well. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. While the beef is cooking, chop the peppers and place within an oiled skillet over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the veggies are soft.
  5. Warm your tortillas. Then fill them with the taco meat and add desired toppings. Enjoy!

  • ¼ cup Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix
  • ½ cup water
  • bell peppers chopped
  • jalapeño peppers chopped
  • organic tortillas

Toppings

  • avocado sliced
  • pico de gallo
  • lime for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, drizzle the avocado oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef.
  • Break up the ground beef while cooking until browned. Drain the grease.
