Ingredients Used to Make My Honey Bruschetta with Ricotta Recipe

This recipe is the perfect balance of crispy bread, creamy cheese, and a touch of sweetness. It’s one of my favorite recipes as it’s perfect for parties, brunches, or an addition to any charcuterie board. Below is the short list of required ingredients.

To individualize this recipe, feel free to swap the French bread for a sourdough baguette, Italian seasoning for other herbs such as those listed above, or swap the cherry tomatoes for figs, cranberries, or pears depending on the season. No matter how you prepare this recipe, it will turn out delicious!

Honey Bruschetta with Ricotta

This Honey Bruschetta with Ricotta is sweet yet savory, making it absolutely irresistible. It's one of our favorite appetizers to make – always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ricotta
  • honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Thinly slice the bread, then place on a parchment paper covered baking pan. Set aside.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes in half, adding to a medium sized bowl. Mix in the avocado oil and Italian seasoning.
  • Place on the same baking pan and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • To build, smear the ricotta on the toasted bread, drizzle with honey, and top with roasted tomatoes. Enjoy!
