Honey Bruschetta with Ricotta

This Honey Bruschetta with Ricotta is sweet yet savory, making it absolutely irresistible. It's one of our favorite appetizers to make - always a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ricotta
  • honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  • Thinly slice the bread, then place on a parchment paper covered baking pan. Set aside.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes in half, adding to a medium sized bowl. Mix in the avocado oil and Italian seasoning.
  • Place on the same baking pan and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • To build, smear the ricotta on the toasted bread, drizzle with honey, and top with roasted tomatoes. Enjoy!
