Honey Bruschetta with Ricotta

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ricotta
- honey
Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Thinly slice the bread, then place on a parchment paper covered baking pan. Set aside.
Chop the cherry tomatoes in half, adding to a medium sized bowl. Mix in the avocado oil and Italian seasoning.
Place on the same baking pan and roast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
To build, smear the ricotta on the toasted bread, drizzle with honey, and top with roasted tomatoes. Enjoy!
