Sweet & Salty Bliss Bites

Looking for a quick dessert that feels indulgent but takes just minutes to make? These Sweet & Salty Bliss Bites hit every craving in just one bite.

Servings: 12 bliss bites

Ingredients

  • 6 Medjool dates pitted
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • 12 pretzel twists
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Prep the dates – slice each date open lengthwise and cut in half.
  • Fill with peanut butter – spoon a small amount of peanut butter into each date.
  • Add the crunch – Press a pretzel piece into the peanut butter.
  • Melt the chocolate – over low heat, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
  • Drizzle – Drizzle the chocolate over the top.
  • Sprinkle & set – sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and let set in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
  • Enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer for up to a week.

    DANGEROUS. I’ve made a similar version before that taste like Snickers so I thought I would give these a try. These are AMAZING!!! The pretzel adds so much more to these, I actually ate all of these in one sitting which I am sure Abigail would say is a no no. So I would recommend only making 3 full dates (6) at a time. Ha ha.
