Any citrus fruit can be dried in the oven. The process is the same for all! Specific to this blog post, I dried oranges, limes, and lemons. However, you may also dry grapefruit and the endless varieties of lemons, limes, and oranges!
When making your own dehydrated citrus in the oven, evenly and thinly slice the fruit. Be mindful the thicker the slice, the longer it will need to stay in the oven to dry out. With the differences in circumference, grapefruit will generally take around 5 hours in the oven to dry out completely, while the smaller lemon and limes generally take around 3 hours.
