This Holiday Moscow Mule is a delicious addition to any holiday party. With only a few ingredients and taking just several minutes to make, this drink allows you to enjoy time with your friends and family during the holiday season.

Cranberries and rosemary are added for a warming, festive touch. To get even more creative with the drink, you may make sugar candied cranberries to place on a skewer as a garnish. To make candied cranberries, combine water and sugar in a medium-sized saucepan. Once combined, add in your cranberries; ensure to coat them well in the sugar water. After less than one minute, remove the cranberries and place on parchment paper to cool for about an hour. Once cooled, place the cranberries on a skewer, then place within the drink and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces vodka tis the season
  • 4 ounces organic 100% cranberry juice
  • ½ lime or about one tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 4-5 cranberries
  • ice per preference
  • 4 ounces ginger beer

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker combine vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, rosemary and cranberries. Muddle the rosemary and cranberries. Add a few ice cubes and shake well.
  • Pour over a glass of ice, add the ginger beer and stir well. You may garnish with more rosemary and cranberries if preferred. Enjoy!
