Peanut Butter Cookies are a fun homemade treat with the perfect chewy texture. They’re packed with flavor but contain less than half the typical amount of sugar for a healthier cookie option.
These Peanut Butter Cookies require just a few staple ingredients.
Now here’s the fun part! After combining all the ingredients and mixing well, I prefer to allow my dough to chill in the fridge overnight. This allows for the chewiest, tastiest cookie! When ready, roll about 1.5 tablespoons of cookie dough into uniform balls. Indent fork marks on top of each cookie to add that traditional look. If the dough is sticking to the fork when making the indents, run the fork under warm water. Lastly, pop them in the oven and wait for them to turn a golden brown. Enjoy!
