Sharing my favorite staple summertime snacks I tend to pack for all our summer adventures. These snacks are quick, easy, refreshing, flavorful, and packed with nutrition!

My staple summertime snacks to pack for any adventure.

Whether I’m spending the day on the water, hiking, camping, or spending time with loved ones for a picnic or grill out, I always pack my favorite snacks to fuel my adventure. Remember, when it comes to snacks, focus on options that are low in added sugar, high in an array of nutrients, and have a clean ingredient list.

My Staple Summertime Snacks

These snacks include options that pack well within a lunch box, or make a great addition to any picnic or grill out. These are hands down my favorite staple summertime snacks.

Unreal dark chocolate covered peanuts are a great alternative to the classic M&Ms. I love adding these to my homemade trail mix for a filling snack on the go.

Watermelon in the form of slices, chunks or salads make the perfect refreshing bite.

These mini fruit bars are one of my favorite packaged snacks to pack for a quick source of energy.

Veggies with homemade hummus can be a great snack to add in more fiber and healthy fats to your day.

Chomps beef sticks come in a variety of flavors to satisfy any hunger cue while providing a great source of protein.

Yogurt bites are always a big hit with the little ones in our family. They’re both delicious and refreshing!

Tropical fruit salad is a colorful mixture of antioxidant rich fruits. It’s light, refreshing, and a great way to stay hydrated as well.

Taos granola bars are low-key always stocked in our pantry. I love the toasted coconut and vanilla bean flavor.

Kale chips are a guilt-free option for a salty snack.

I love adding my tangy mango avocado salsa and guacamole to any picnic spread. Not only do they add beautiful colors, they add a great source of fiber and healthy fats to help keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Siete sea salt chips not only pair great with sandwiches, but also to have as a snack if you’re craving something crunchy and salty.
