Where To Stay For A Family Trip To Rosemary Beach

If there is one thing I would recommend for this destination, it would be to rent a beachfront place. This would allow easy access to the white sand beaches, rather than having to spend time attempting to find public access. Listed below are vacation rental sites with beach access.

Best Places To Eat In & Near Rosemary Beach, Florida

During our time at Rosemary Beach, we spent several days driving towards Seaside, Destin, and Santa Rosa to explore the Emerald Coast. As we did, we came across several restaurants that had good food, beverages, and a fun atmosphere.

Raw and Juicy – a cute breakfast-all-day, grab-and-go type of stop. Located in Alys Beach, Florida.

Tommy Bahama – careful of the mai tais here! Delicious food with tasty, but very strong beverages. 😂 Located in Sandestin, Florida.

George’s – cottage cafe with an upscale menu. Located in Alys Beach, Florida.

The Citizen – seafood restaurant. Located in Alys Beach, Florida.

Airstream row – barbeque, crêpes, burgers, chili dogs, pizza and more are offered on this street. Located in Seaside, Florida.

Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar – seafood and casual eating with spectacular views overlooking the gulf. Located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

Havana Beach Bar & Grill – shown in the photo below – delicious food and a fun atmosphere! Located on top of the Pearl Hotel.

This destination is popular for a reason. However, we found it to be pretty secluding. Parking was hard to come by in certain areas that were seemingly the place to be, and we had a difficult time finding public beach access that wasn’t under construction near our rental. Because of this, I highly recommend finding a beachfront rental. As a result, you would be able to relax on the white sand beach, enjoying the beautiful teal colored water with ease.
