The Best Way to Apple Pick

One of my favorite fall activities is picking apples. There’s just something so refreshing about bundling up, carrying a bucket to the backyard, and grabbing apples off a tree.

The best way to apple pick is to go with friends and family, enjoying a cozy fall afternoon creating memories. Be sure to take your time, looking for the ripest apples that are firm with little to no nicks or bruises. When pulling an apple off a tree branch, lift it upwards, then give it a little twist. Keep the apple stem on, as this will help them last longer.
