Ingredients Used to Make this Appletini Mocktail

Only a handful of ingredients are used to make this mocktail.

How to Make this Appletini Mocktail

To make this mocktail feel more like a cocktail, I prefer to create it like I would any specialty drink.

Using a muddler, press the apple slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the apple juice and lemon juice, including one or two ice cubes to ensure a crisp, cold drink.

Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass, then pour over the sparkling water. I recommend pouring just two ounces so the mocktail doesn’t seem watered down. However, you may pour more or less, whatever you prefer. To finish the mocktail, garnish with a thinly sliced apple. Enjoy!
