Following a nighttime routine can be a great first step to increasing the number of hours you sleep each night. By remaining consistent throughout the week and weekend with your nighttime routine, this will train your body and mind that it needs to unwind at a certain time each night.
Set a schedule and stick to it. I generally tend to get ready for bed around 7:30 pm when I’ll prepare this mocktail, brush my teeth, and set out my clothes for the next day. By the time 8:30 pm comes around, I’ll be in bed watching the start of a movie or journaling. By 9 pm, I’m ready for bed.
