I prefer using Chosen Foods classic mayo and Dave’s Killer Bread as the clean ingredient lists are impeccable on both items! If you make this recipe during the summer months, you can also head to your closest Farmer’s Market to purchase some fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and sourdough bread.
When searching for a fresh, ripe avocado, gently squeeze it. If it is soft to touch, but not too mushy, it’s ready. It will also have a dark green to nearly black color with a bumpy texture.
