This High Fiber Green Goddess Smoothie is the perfect way to jumpstart into the longer, warmer summer days. You will LOVE this recipe!
Not only is it packed with highly nutritious foods, it also makes for a delicious 10-minute breakfast option for those busy weekdays.
Smoothies are one of my favorite meals to make during warm summer days as they’re both refreshing and quick to prepare. To make this High Fiber Green Goddess Smoothie, simply combine all the ingredients within a blender, blending on medium to high speed until the texture is smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds. I personally love pouring this smoothie into a cup filled with ice, then topping with some slivered almonds or pepitas for a nice crunch!
Not only does this smoothie contain a good amount of fiber, it also contains a good source of protein and healthy fats! This combination will keep you full and satiated until your next meal.
Fiber can be found in the apple, banana, spinach, and English cucumber. While the collagen and whey protein contains protein, and the whole milk contains both protein and healthy fats.
If you’re looking for a thin smoothie texture, add more milk. However, if you like a thick smoothie, use a frozen banana and add extra ice to the blender.

If you want to add more protein within this recipe, add another scoop of collagen or whey protein powder. Or sprinkle in some chia, hemp or flax seeds, and a tablespoon of nut butter or Greek yogurt.
