I am a Registered Dietitian with my Master of Science in Dietetics with an emphasis in Nutrition. My journey of becoming a dietitian began after seeing first-hand how food can impact health, whether that be positive or negative.
I enjoy teaching others that healthy eating does not have to be expensive or time-consuming but rather educational and exciting! On this blog, you will find both healthy and hearty recipes that will provide the nutrients your body craves. With a background in personal training, I will also be diving into at-home workouts, weight training, mobility workouts, and lifestyle habits that will increase your daily movement.
