Ingredients Used

This recipe is made with only three ingredients. How simple is that?!

Ingredients used in the Triple Berry Jam include frozen fruit, chia seeds, and honey. It’s the perfect combination for a sweet and nutritious addition to a multitude of meals.

For this recipe, I prefer using the frozen organic triple berry blend. However, if you prefer, you may swap the triple berry blend with a variety of different organic fruit combinations. Listed below are several examples:

Triple Berry Jam

The Triple Berry Jam is my ride-or-die, three ingredient recipe. It's the perfect addition to toast, pancakes, waffles, muffins, or any charcuterie board!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound organic triple berry blend
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Pour the defrosted fruit and honey in a medium sized pan. Turn burner on medium heat, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  • Once at a boil, reduce to medium-low heat, then add the chia seeds and let simmer for another 15-20 minutes. While the jam is simmering, mash the fruit with a stainless steel wire masher until your desired consistency.
  • Cover and transfer to the fridge for an hour to allow the jam to thicken. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe may be done with fresh or frozen fruits. If using frozen fruit, defrost overnight. You may store the Triple Berry Jam in the fridge for 5-6 days for optimal freshness.
