The Banana Chocolate Ice Cream is a sweet treat for hot summer days. With only a few ingredients, it tastes like the real thing without all the added calories and sugar. Just add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
I’ve been making this recipe on repeat all summer. It’s so quick and easy to make while also satisfying my sweet tooth! And the best part, it’s naturally sweetened without containing all the extra additives, sugar, and calories that’s generally found in store bought ice cream. You will feel good after indulging in this homemade ice cream! Also, it’s a good way to use up those brown bananas sitting on your countertop. A win-win situation!
I used a Vitamix to create this recipe. However, you can use any blender that has good power behind it, or a food processor. Keep in mind, you may need to add more liquids, scrape down the edges, and blend the ice cream for a bit longer until it turns into the desired creamy texture.
