Eat Well provides the tools needed to build the foundation of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. This is my first nutrition focused book that dives deep into a variety of concepts that will set you up for success. I’ll discuss both the science and importance of consuming all three macronutrients, significance of adequate hydration, and tips and tricks to simplify meal planning. It’s taken me over two years to compile the proper information, take the photos to bring my vision to life, along with recipe testing to ensure the meals, snacks, and sweets are family favorites.

I Designed This Guide With You In Mind

I started my health journey over a decade ago with daily headaches and an excessive appetite that never seemed to diminish no matter how much I ate. It wasn’t until I began studying dietetics that I realized what my problem was. I was overconsuming carbohydrates and added sugars while lacking in protein and healthy fats. 

Fast forward ten years, I’ve learned tips and tricks that have supported me – and the hundreds of family, friends, and clients I’ve worked with – to curate a balanced lifestyle. I have a background in holistic nutrition, working with multiple functional doctors along the way who have shaped my understanding of health. 

This led me to develop a guide anyone can follow to work towards achieving their health goals, no matter what they may be.

We’ll also touch on the importance of hydration and making lifestyle changes, which are both crucial in developing the fundamentals of a healthy relationship with food.
