- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 lbs ground beef grass-fed
- ¼ cup Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix
- ½ cup water
- ½ medium yellow onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 5 organic tortillas
Preferred Toppings
- salsa
- gaucamole
- sour cream or Greek yogurt
- cilantro
- chives
In a large skillet, drizzle the avocado oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef.
Break up the ground beef while cooking until browned. Drain the grease. Preheat the oven to 400℉.
Add the homemade taco seasoning mix and water, mixing well. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
While the beef is cooking, prepare your preferred sides.
When ready, fill your tortillas with the taco meat, placing them onto a baking sheet when done. Fold over, placing a separate baking sheet on top, to ensure both sides become crispy.
Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until your level of crispiness is reached.
Allow to cool, then add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
