Oven Baked Steak Fries
Oven Baked Steak Fries are one of my favorite sides to make. They pair well with everything from burgers to wraps!

Servings: 2 servings
- 1 pound russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Wash the potatoes well. Cut each potato into wedges, approximately 12 wedges per potato. Cut the potatoes by slicing it in half lengthwise, then slice each half into six wedges.
Add the potato wedges to a bowl with warm water and allow them to soak for 30 minutes.
Rinse well. Add in avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer over a parchment lined baking sheet. Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes, or until they are well browned and crispy. Flip the steak fries once, halfway through baking.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
