Ingredients

  • 2 red tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ red onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ jalapeño seeds removed, minced
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 lime freshly juiced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • cilantro chopped, per preference

Instructions

  • In a medium serving bowl, combine tomatoes, red onion, garlic, jalapeño, and green onion.
  • Juice the lime and lightly season with cumin, salt and cilantro. Mix well.
  • Allow the homemade spicy pico de gallo to marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours for best flavor. Enjoy!
