Deconstructed Burger Bowl with a Creamy Sauce

Burger Meat
- 1 lb beef grass fed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- black pepper per preference
- sea salt per preference
Creamy Sauce (2-3 servings)
- ½ cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon sweet onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons pickles finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Salad
- mixed lettuce
- sweet onion diced
- pickles diced
- roma tomato chopped
- beef
- cheddar cheese
- creamy sauce
- sesame seeds
Cook the ground beef in a medium sized skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
While the meat is cooking, combine all ingredients for the creamy sauce in a small bowl, mixing well. Set aside.
Continue cooking the meat until brown, remove from heat and drain grease as need.
In a serving bowl, layer the lettuce, onion, pickles, tomatoes, beef and cheese. Drizzle on some creamy sauce and sprinkle over some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
