Deconstructed Burger Bowl with a Creamy Sauce

This Deconstructed Burger Bowl with a Creamy Sauce is one of my favorite weeknight recipes. It's easy to make with fresh ingredients and a creamy sauce that brings all the flavor together.

Ingredients

Burger Meat

  • 1 lb beef grass fed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • black pepper per preference
  • sea salt per preference

Creamy Sauce (2-3 servings)

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon sweet onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pickles finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon stone ground mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Salad

  • mixed lettuce
  • sweet onion diced
  • pickles diced
  • roma tomato chopped
  • beef
  • cheddar cheese
  • creamy sauce
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef in a medium sized skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
  • While the meat is cooking, combine all ingredients for the creamy sauce in a small bowl, mixing well. Set aside.
  • Continue cooking the meat until brown, remove from heat and drain grease as need.
  • In a serving bowl, layer the lettuce, onion, pickles, tomatoes, beef and cheese. Drizzle on some creamy sauce and sprinkle over some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
