Add the paprika, oregano, parsley, sea salt and black pepper to a small mixing bowl and stir together.
Generously sprinkle the seasonings on both sides of the chicken.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until an internal temperature of 165℉ is reached.
While your chicken is cooking, cut the bell peppers and onion into thin slices.
Add the bell peppers and onion to another skillet over medium-high heat and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the remaining seasonings and mix well.
When ready, slice the chicken breasts into strips.
Serve immediately with tortillas and extra toppings such as avocado, cowboy caviar, and spicy pico de gallo. Enjoy!
