The Ultimate Loaded Sandwich
The Ultimate Summer Sandwich is loaded with flavor! This is my go to sandwich when I need a quick meal packed with protein and veggies to get me through the day.

Servings: 1 sandwich
- 2 slices oat bread or sourdough
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2-4 slice turkey
- 2-4 slices salami
- ½ roma tomato thinly sliced
- ¼ English cucumber thinly sliced
- handful lettuce chopped
Place your bread in the toaster. Toast until lightly browned.
Spread mayo on both slices of toast and begin layering the remaining ingredients.
Feel free to add stone ground mustard, pepperoncinis, and sauerkraut for more flavor and texture. Enjoy!
