The Ultimate Loaded Sandwich

The Ultimate Summer Sandwich is loaded with flavor! This is my go to sandwich when I need a quick meal packed with protein and veggies to get me through the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices oat bread or sourdough
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2-4 slice turkey
  • 2-4 slices salami
  • ½ roma tomato thinly sliced
  • ¼ English cucumber thinly sliced
  • handful lettuce chopped

Instructions

  • Place your bread in the toaster. Toast until lightly browned.
  • Spread mayo on both slices of toast and begin layering the remaining ingredients.
  • Feel free to add stone ground mustard, pepperoncinis, and sauerkraut for more flavor and texture. Enjoy!
