The Munsters Family Monster Munch
The Munsters Family Monster Munch is a delectable, sweet and salty treat. Perfect for any Halloween party!
Servings: 2.5 cups (with 4 cups leftover Puppy Chow)
Ingredients
Homemade Puppy Chow
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup organic peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons butter grass fed
- 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cups organic powdered sugar
The Munsters Family Monster Munch
- 1 cup dark chocolate covered pretzels
- 1 cup Homemade Puppy Chow
- ½ cup dark chocolate covered peanuts
Instructions
Homemade Puppy Chow
- In a small pot, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter over low heat until the texture is liquid consistency. Be sure to stir consistently so it doesn't burn.
- Pour over the melted chocolate mixture on top, stirring until the Rice Chex is completely covered.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Next, add the coated cereal into a ziploc bag, adding in the powdered sugar. Mix until combined.
The Munsters Family Monster Munch
- Break the dark chocolate covered pretzels into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine all ingredients within a serving bowl, mix well. Enjoy!
