Spaghetti Sauce From Scratch with Fresh Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef elk, venison, or turkey
- medium yellow onion chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves minced
- 58 ounces tomato sauce
- 18 ounces tomato paste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons Thia basil fresh, chopped
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 8-16 ounces water depending on how thick/thin you prefer your sauce to be
In a large Dutch Oven, add the beef and brown over medium heat. Drain the excess grease.
Combine all remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer. Simmer for 1 hour or up to 4 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
Serve with noodles, garlic bread and a side salad - enjoy!
