These soft AND chewy chocolate chips cookies are some of my favorite desserts to bake year round. They make for the perfect dessert after any weekday meal or addition to any holiday spread.

Ingredients
½cupunsalted butter softened
½cuphoney
½cup maple syrup
½cup coconut sugar
2eggs
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
3cups organic flour
1 ½teaspoon baking soda
1teaspoonsea salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Cream together butter and sugars until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla, about 1 minute.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips.
Scoop into 1-inch balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Take them out when they are just barely starting to turn brown.
Let them sit on the baking pan for 5 minutes before removing. Enjoy!

You can store these cookies in an airtight container for up to five days, or in the freezer for two months.
