Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Italian sausage
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 5-7 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 12 eggs pasture raised
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ (4 oz) brick cheese shredded
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray a 9x13’’ pan with cooking spray.
  • Cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain grease and set aside.
  • While the Italian sausage is cooking, chop your bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. Add to a large bowl, mixing in the eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Mix in the cooked Italian sausage when ready.
  • Pour mixture into your 9x13" pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is just barely jiggly. Enjoy!
