- 2 pounds Italian sausage
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 5-7 cherry tomatoes quartered
- 12 eggs pasture raised
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ (4 oz) brick cheese shredded
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray a 9x13’’ pan with cooking spray.
Cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain grease and set aside.
While the Italian sausage is cooking, chop your bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. Add to a large bowl, mixing in the eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
Mix in the cooked Italian sausage when ready.
Pour mixture into your 9x13" pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is just barely jiggly. Enjoy!
