Carefully add the chicken to the oil and cook on both sides until golden brown and 165℉. This should take about 3-5 minutes on each side.
While the chicken is cooking, begin preparing your pasta according to box directions.
In a separate pan, begin preparing the Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce. Add all ingredient over low heat. Allow to simmer until chicken and noodles are prepared.
Cut your chicken into strips and place over your cooked pasta and sauce. Enjoy!
