- ⅓ cup sprouted organic rolled oats
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter melted
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
Toppings

In a small pot, add the oats and milk, simmering over medium-low heat until the oats have softened and absorbed most of the liquid, about 5 minutes.
Slowly stir in the cocoa powder, peanut butter, whey protein powder, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
