Ingredients

  • cup sprouted organic rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter melted
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon ceylon cinnamon

Toppings

  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • pepitas
  • peanut butter melted
  • pecans crushed

Instructions

  • In a small pot, add the oats and milk, simmering over medium-low heat until the oats have softened and absorbed most of the liquid, about 5 minutes.
  • Slowly stir in the cocoa powder, peanut butter, whey protein powder, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the chocolate oatmeal into your serving bowl, add your preferred toppings. Enjoy!
