- bok choy washed
- avocado oil
- sea salt
Slice off the bottom of the bok choy; remove and thoroughly clean the stalks.
Place the bok choy on a baking sheet. Drizzle over avocado oil and sprinkle sea salt on top. Using your hands, be sure to mix well.
Place bok choy on a preheated grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then turn the bok choy and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
