Sweet Dreams Cherry Mocktail

This Sweet Dreams Cherry Mocktail is one of the few viral recipes I can jump on board with. The tart cherry juice contains melatonin, a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle, that helps to promote a full night of sleep.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • ½ lime freshly juiced
  • handful ice
  • 4 ounces organic tart cherry juice
  • 4 ounces sparkling water

Instructions

  • Place mint leaves within a drinking glass. Add freshly squeezed lime juice and muddle the two ingredients.
  • Add a handful of ice to the glass, pouring over both the tart cherry juice and sparkling water. Mix well. Enjoy!
