Homemade No Knead Rosemary Bread

This is hands down the best Homemade Rosemary Bread made in a dutch oven! Not only does it have just a few ingredients, it's quick and easy to make for a delicious no knead bread to enjoy with a variety of meals!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons yeast rapid or instant rise
  • 1 ½ cups water aim for around 110° degrees to activate yeast
  • 3 cups organic flour
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 3 stalks rosemary chopped
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter pasture raised
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine yeast with warm water (around 110° water to activate yeast). Let the mixture sit to activate the yeast for about 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, sea salt, chopped rosemary, melted butter, and coconut sugar.
  • Combine the yeast and water to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
  • Allow the dough to rest at room temperature for 18-24 hours.
  • When ready, preheat your oven to 450° F. Place your Dutch Oven in the oven for 30 minutes with the lid on, WITHOUT the dough. This will allow for an even bake.
  • After the 30 minutes, shape the dough how you prefer, placing in a lightly sprayed Dutch oven. Bake for 30 minutes covered.
  • Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the top gets golden brown. Enjoy!
