These 4-Ingredient Banana Pancakes are so simple and easy to make for a delicious breakfast meal!

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas brown
  • 6 pasture raised eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, mixing well.
  • Heat a lightly oiled cast iron pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the cast iron, using 1/4 cup to scoop. The key is to make sure the pan is hot before scooping the batter!
  • Cook until pancakes are golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  • Top with berries, peanut butter, chia seeds, etc. Enjoy!
