Instructions
Brown the beef in a large soup pot. Drain the grease.
Add in the onion, celery, diced tomatoes, tomato juice, chili powder, and dark kidney beans. Mix well.
Bring the chili to a low boil. Then, reduce the heat (low to medium-low) to gently simmer the chili, uncovered for three hours. Stir occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
Notes
If you are in a time crunch, allowing the chili to simmer for an hour will be suffice.
