Ingredients

  • ¼ cup ghee garlic infused
  • 5 cup yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 7 cups beef bone broth
  • 2-4 tablespoons beef bouillon paste per taste preference
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices French bread

Instructions

  • In a large Dutch Oven, melt the garlic ghee over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until tender and golden, about 10 minutes.
  • Add the beef bone broth, beef bouillon paste, and Worcestershire sauce, bringing to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, covering and simmering for 40 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Ladle hot soup into a bowl, topping with a toasted slice of French bread. Enjoy!
