- ¼ cup ghee garlic infused
- 5 cup yellow onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 7 cups beef bone broth
- 2-4 tablespoons beef bouillon paste per taste preference
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices French bread
In a large Dutch Oven, melt the garlic ghee over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until tender and golden, about 10 minutes. Add the beef bone broth, beef bouillon paste, and Worcestershire sauce, bringing to a boil.
Reduce heat, covering and simmering for 40 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Ladle hot soup into a bowl, topping with a toasted slice of French bread. Enjoy!
