Bacon Avocado Breakfast Bagel
This Bacon Avocado Breakfast Bagel is one of my favorite go-to recipes! With it's crunchy texture and umami flavor, this breakfast meal can make for the perfect breakfast any day of the week!

- 2 slices bacon
- 1 everything bagel
- 1 pasture raised egg over easy
- ghee garlic infused
- spinach
- avocado
Preheat your oven to 400° F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then place the bacon side-by-side on the tray. Be sure to spread it out, preventing the layering of bacon slices on top of each other.
Cook the bacon for 18-20 minutes or until it's reached your desired level of crispiness. Remove the tray from the oven and transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
While the bacon is still cooking, toast your bagel and fry your egg(s).
To assemble, butter your bagel with ghee and begin adding the toppings - bacon, egg, avocado, spinach, and tomato. Enjoy!
