- 2-3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoons butter
- sea salt to taste
In a large pot, heat avocado oil and popcorn kernels over medium-high heat.
Keep the pot covered until the kernels begin to pop. Be sure to shake the pot every once in a while to prevent the kernels from burning.
Once the kernels begin to pop, remove the lid to allow moisture to escape. Continue shaking the pot every few minutes.
As the kernels stop popping, remove from heat and place the popcorn in your serving bowl.
Pour melted butter and sprinkle sea salt over the popcorn, mixing well. Enjoy!
