Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Jalapeno Poppers

  • ½ pound bacon grass-fed
  • 4 jalapeños
  • 4 ounces goat cheese

Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Date Poppers

  • ½ pound bacon grass-fed
  • 8 large dates
  • 4 ounces goat cheese

Instructions

Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Jalapeño Poppers

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Slice the jalapeños in half, lengthwise, removing the seeds.
  • Stuff the jalapeños with goat cheese, then wrap a slice of bacon around the jalapeño pepper.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Date Poppers

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Slice the dates in half, lengthwise. Remove the seed if needed.
  • Stuff the dates with goat cheese, then wrap half a slice of bacon around the date.
