Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Jalapeno Poppers
- ½ pound bacon grass-fed
- 4 jalapeños
- 4 ounces goat cheese
Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Date Poppers
- ½ pound bacon grass-fed
- 8 large dates
- 4 ounces goat cheese
Bacon Wrapped Goat Cheese Jalapeño Poppers
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Slice the jalapeños in half, lengthwise, removing the seeds.
Stuff the jalapeños with goat cheese, then wrap a slice of bacon around the jalapeño pepper.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Slice the dates in half, lengthwise. Remove the seed if needed.
Stuff the dates with goat cheese, then wrap half a slice of bacon around the date.
