Ingredients

  • 1 pound organic triple berry blend
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Pour the defrosted fruit and honey in a medium sized pan. Turn burner on medium heat, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  • Once at a boil, reduce to medium-low heat, then add the chia seeds and let simmer for another 15-20 minutes. While the jam is simmering, mash the fruit with a stainless steel wire masher until your desired consistency.
  • Cover and transfer to the fridge for an hour to allow the jam to thicken. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe may be done with fresh or frozen fruits. If using frozen fruit, defrost overnight. You may store the Triple Berry Jam in the fridge for 5-6 days for optimal freshness.
