Instructions
Oven-Roasted Pineapple
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cut the pineapple into thin slices, removing the core. Pour the honey and sprinkle the cinnamon over each slice.
Place onto a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Pair with banana cream and enjoy!
Banana Cream
Using a vitamix, place the frozen bananas, milk, cinnamon, and star anise into a blender. Blend until smooth.
You may enjoy right away or place in the freezer to firm up. Pair it with the Oven-Roasted Pineapple. Enjoy!
