Ingredients
½cuporganic peanut buttermelted
¼cupunsalted buttergrass fed
½cuphoney
1eggpasture raised
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoonalmond extract
1 ½cuporganic flour
½teaspoonbaking soda
¼pinchsea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, butter, honey, egg, vanilla extract and almond extract.
Place the flour, baking soda, and sea salt into a medium sized bowl.
Gently fold in the dry ingredients. Combine well until the dough is thick and soft.
Chill overnight for the chewiest, tastiest peanut butter cookies!
When ready, roll about 1.5 tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball. Use a fork to make a crisscross indent on top of each.
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies have turned a golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy!
Notes
Cookies will stay fresh at room temperature for one week. You may also freeze the cookies for up to three months.
