Ingredients

Base Overnight Oats Recipe

  • ½ cup organic sprouted rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal
  • ¼ tsp vanilla

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp crushed peanuts
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate
  • ½ banana

Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

  • 1 serving Base Overnight Oats Recipe
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp organic honey, raw & unfiltered
  • 1 dash sea salt

Raspberry Lemon Overnight Oats

  • 1 serving Base Overnights Oats Recipe
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp organic honey, raw & unfiltered

Blueberry Pie Overnight Oats

  • 1 serving Base Overnight Oats Recipe
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl, mix well.
  • Place in refrigerator, keep refrigerated for 8 hours for a creamier texture.
  • Add extra toppings to your overnight oats if preferred. Enjoy!
