This Homemade Pizza Dough creates a light and fluffy crust, perfect for any pizza night! Just add the toppings of your choice and enjoy!

Ingredients

active dry yeast

organic flour

sea salt
Instructions
Mix the yeast in lukewarm water. Let the mixture sit to activate yeast for 10 minutes.
Combine flour and salt in a bowl, mix well.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring well.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Lightly sprinkle flour on the countertop and place dough on top. Knead the dough for a few minutes then roll the dough into a 12-inch pizza crust.
Add desired pizza sauce and toppings. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until toppings are golden brown. Slice and serve, enjoy!
Notes
You may make the crust the night before. Let the dough rise at room temperature, cover tightly and place in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
