These Creamy Mashed Potatoes are absolutely delicious and pair great with any main course for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby red potatoes skin on
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • chopped chives per preference
  • chopped parsley per preference

Instructions

  • Scrub the potatoes and dice into large chunks.
  • Fill a pot with water, drop the potatoes in and let them boil for 15 minutes, or until they’re fork-tender.
  • Drain the water and add in the milk, butter, garlic, and sea salt. Mash the potatoes until you have reached your desired consistency. Garnish with chopped chives and parsley. Enjoy!
