- 2 pounds baby red potatoes skin on
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- chopped chives per preference
- chopped parsley per preference
Scrub the potatoes and dice into large chunks.
Fill a pot with water, drop the potatoes in and let them boil for 15 minutes, or until they’re fork-tender.
Drain the water and add in the milk, butter, garlic, and sea salt. Mash the potatoes until you have reached your desired consistency. Garnish with chopped chives and parsley. Enjoy!
