These ground beef tacos with homemade taco seasoning are a weekly staple in our household. They are both easy and quick to prepare and taste better than take-out.

- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 pounds ground beef grass fed
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix
- ½ cup water
- bell peppers chopped
- jalapeño peppers chopped
- organic tortillas
Toppings
- avocado sliced
- pico de gallo
- lime for garnish
In a large skillet, drizzle the avocado oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef.
Break up the ground beef while cooking until browned. Drain the grease.
Add the homemade taco seasoning mix and water, mixing well. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
While the beef is cooking, chop the peppers and place within an oiled skillet over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the veggies are soft.
Warm your tortillas. Then fill them with the taco meat and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
